Is used in all distribution panel for each apartment separately to ensure 100% safety from electric shocks. ( mandatory by electrical boards but builders tend to avoid to save costs)

Seepage Proof Buildings

We use best waterproofing vendors and materials and strictly supervise waterproofing as per international norms to ensure our building is as much as seepage proof it can be.

VENDORS

All electrical / hardware items are purchased by 100% genuine vendors to ensure best after sales service without any hassle.

High End Aluminum windows

we use only Aluminum windows for our external windows and doors which is long lasting, weather proof, termite proof and maintenance free

TOTAL TRANSPARENCY WITH CLIENTS

All out site progress pictures are uploaded on a weekly to fortnightly basis to ensure transparency as we have nothing to hide from our esteem home buyers

RO water recycle

All the waste water discharge from the RO goes into Rain water Harvesting pit.
